Parents and Guardians Association

The Greek School of Manchester Parents and Guardians Association plays an essential role in supporting the school staff in the wider educational experiences that they offer to all students.

The Parents and Guardians Association exists to promote a wider sense of community amongst parents by organising regular social events throughout the school year, primarily to fundraise for the school. It works in partnership with the staff and governors helping to enrich the children's learning and their environment.

Social events may include cake sales, parties, children’s nights, annual Christmas and Easter fairs, the annual Greek Carnival Dance and other festive celebrations. New ideas from parents are always welcome!

These events offer a great opportunity to meet other parents, catch up with friends and get involved in fundraising for the direct benefit of the school and ultimately for all our children.

Every parent, carer or guardian is a member of the Parents and Guardians Association. Join our online community to find out more about our calendar of social events, details of the Parents and Guardians Association meetings and what we do.
